I assume they knew about my problem since I contacted them by phone at least 2 times by now. I don't know if I would be surprised or not if people have experienced the same issue in earlier versions of Logitech Options. Wow, you say you've tried this in Windows 10?! I would have thought it would have worked in Windows 10. I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this issue. The last tech support person I spoke with told me that I should just wait until the next Options update comes, which will hopefully fix the issue. Anyway, I click Add Devices, then I have to go back to Logitech Unifying Software > Advanced, then I unpaired my mouse, then back to Options window > Add Unifying Device, turn it back on, and says "Pairing completed. Please be sure your devices are connected and turned on." Well, my M510 mouse is already connected, turned on, and paired, so I don't know why it does that. I think it does like a little scan and then it says "No devices detected. Wireless Mouse M510." Alright, so I downloaded the Logitech Options for Windows 7 and I open the executable file, it extracts files, and then it brings me to another window. Please use the Logitech Options app to customize settings for these devices. Logitech SetPoint does not support all of the Logitech devices connected to your system. I thought the Mouse and Keyboard Settings is where I change the settings for my mouse buttons, but that doesn't seem to be the case because when I open it, it says "New software available. ![]() I have already plugged in the Unifying Receiver and all the drivers got downloaded and installed successfully and said it's ready to use.
